By Requesting a Commission from Myself, You as a client hereby agree and accept the following Terms and Conditions.GENERAL
Age Requirements and Regulations
- You MUST Be 18 years of age to purchase commissions from me. By Commissioning me you agree that you are of this age. Lying about your age will result in being blacklisted from my commissions permanently.
- My Art is never to be used or sold as NFTs or be involved with NFTs or any kind of crypto marketing/sales
- My Artwork should never be used or uploaded into AI Generators nor Data Bases for AI Art or other AI Media. I do not consent to my artwork being used for AI related purposes ever.
- Buyers will be updated with sketches and progress images for review and tweaks during the creative process. The initial commission cost will cover 2 Substantial Revision in the piece details. Additional Revisions cost Extra.
- Any and All Substantial Changes to the composition of drawings/character designs after the Flat Color Process will count as a revision! See REVISIONS For More Details.
Drawing Process is As Follows:
1. Sketch.(CHECK IN) 2. Line Art. 3. Flat Colors.(CHECK IN)
4. Shading and Final Touches. (DELIVERY)WILL AND WON'T DRAW
I Will Draw:
- Feminine and Masculine Characters
- Gore, Blood, Violent/Dark Themes
- SOME Furries/Anthros (Still Practicing This Though)
-Skin Color and Body Type are not at all a limitation!
-All hair textures are welcome! Just please be willing to work with me to make it to your liking! I’m still learning:3
I Won't Draw:
- Hateful Imagery, Including but not limited to: Homophobia, Transphobia, Racism, and Ablest Imagery.
- This also includes ANY hateful imagery, cultural appropriation, or otherwise anything hurtful to any marginalized community.
- I WILL NOT Replicate or Mimic any other artist's art style for any client. NO MATTER The request of my clients.PAYMENTS
- Payments will be handled 100% once the sketches have been approved. I will not begin the lining on your order until this has been received.
- Payment plans are ONLY offered for Orders Exceeding $100 USD. Orders with Payment plans will pay 50% of the total order cost at the start of the project and 50% before the final delivery.
- As with anything we can discuss further if you need some extra wiggle room with these payments but this must be discussed BEFORE work on the commission begins.REVISIONS
- During the creation process major tweaks and adjustments to artwork made after line work and flat color segments will cost extra depending on how much the work needs to be altered, and the time required to make the changes. Things such as changes in colors, small stylistic elements, and other minor details can still be handled without any additional charges, but anything that requires significant time to redraw, rework, or completely change will result in extra charges.
- If an error is of my own fault such as inaccurate details, mixing up colors, or portraying a character inaccurately, please inform me as early in the process as possible. I will revise it until you are satisfied with your order if the error falls on myself. This does not include details provided by not lack of communication for errors or changes wanted, inaccurate references, and/or last minute large changes when a commission is nearly finished. Please always be prompt to point out additional changes, revisions, and errors.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
-I DO NOT offer Rushed Delivery. I work a full time job and also stream part time so I do not have the extra time to prioritize rush orders. Sorry ♥
-The standard time frame for my commissions can take at the very least 2-4 Weeks or longer, unless stated otherwise. I will provide as many updates as I can and inform you if I need to push back a delivery date.USE
Commercial VS. Personal Use
Personal Use and Commercial Use Commissions are Subject to Changes in Prices.
- Emotes: All Emotes at this time do not receive an extra charge for general commercial use. Such as: Use on Twitch/Youtube, Using for Branding on Social Media, Use on Business Cards, and Use as Icons.
BUT they cannot be used for: Sales, Merchandising, Products, Prints, or Use outside of general branding online. Please consult me for additional rates.CREDITING
How and Where
Please properly credit me on EVERY platform my art is used on. This includes use as Icons, Logo Branding, Discord, twitch, etc.

- I retain the intellectual rights to any and all of my artwork, designs, and creations. I reserve the right to revoke use of my artwork at anytime if misuse occurs or my TOS is violated in ANYWAY. I will retract all rights to using my artwork, request all use be stopped permanently, and you WILL be blacklisted from my commissions.REFUNDS
- Full Refunds will Only Be Offered before the order has been sketched and lined
- Partial Refunds (50%) will only be offered before the flat color phase
- If I have started and/or finished the Flat Coloring, Rendering, Or Detailing Phase of your Commission your order can only be canceled and NOT refunded.COMMUNICATION
- All correspondence is handled by the following means:Email or discord (serothelibrarian).
- Lack of willingness to communicate from commissioners will result in a pause on your commission and other commissions may be worked on before yours.DISCLAIMERS
- I as an artist retain the right to refuse to draw, design, and create anything that I am not comfortable with and expect all those interested in my work to respect that right.
- Please keep in mind that I can only take so many commissions at a time and that not obtaining a spot in my queue does not mean anything personal towards you, your characters, or affect your chances of snagging a spot in the future.
